2nd Shift Assembler

5K a year Assembly Worker Plan assembling; assign, instruct and check work of Assemblers of lower classification and helpers.
Check and test sub-assemblies and units.
Work from assembly drawings and specifications.
Proceed with minimum supervision.
Requires a high degree of skill and assembling technique, plus considerable experience and a knowledge of assembly Shift Schedule:
Monday-Thursday 3pm-1am Essential Duties And Responsibilities include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Assembles parts with the aid of verbal instructions, print(s) or sample parts.
Uses various types of riveting devices, hand tools, air guns and power devices to assemble parts.
Checks parts for quality and accuracy using basic inspection devices such as micrometers, verniers, scales, squares and gages.
Assembles prototypes with Engineering help.
Inspects parts for various types of cosmetic specifications.
Where required, must achieve certification in riveting.
Must be qualified to assemble at every station and process on the assembly line.
Must successfully complete basic blueprint reading class.

Qualifications Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training is preferred.

Mathematical Skills Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
